New to Apple Watch

The heart rate monitor seems a little off and I still haven’t figured out how to change the standing/movement/exercise goals but overall I am quite happy with the purchase.

Unfortunately, I've turned him into a monster with this thing..he's always playing with it and the exercise app. He drives me crazy telling me about all the mileage he puts on by foot everyday because he tries to make me feel as if I'm lazy and goad me into more exercise. He's right and I did this to myself by buying this for him but he absolutely is addicted to it.
