    This is our second Apple Watch. The first one lasted about a year and a half and then quit working in the middle of an update and wouldn't turn back on. Since it was out of warrant, the apple store wanted $175 to fix, so we were better off getting a new one.

    I have been using FitBit for the past few years & while I do love it, I was looking for something with more band & personalization options ( currently using the charge 3) I went back & forth between this & the Versa & choose the Apple Watch since I love all my Apple products. I picked it up on a Sat afternoon set everything up & charged it. I put it on that evening while I was just watching TV. After an hour or so my wrist/hand started to ache. I took it off & it went away. I googled after & found a forum of many of the same complaints. I’ve attempted to wear it a few more times & same thing happens so I will be returning it. Otherwise it is a nice Watch, I like the ability to personalize it & the many band options. For the price & what I use it for I’m going to just go to the versa.

    Missed out on the Black Friday doorbuster deals, but Best Buy came through with favorable pricing. Shipping always fast. Ultimately, had buyers remorse and decided to upgrade to Series 4. More screen real estate makes a huge difference with the overall experience. Series 3 great value.
