The watch seemed great. Had a good explanation of how it would work etc. it was only when I tried to set it up at home that I discovered it does not work with the iPhone 6. Very disappointed! Not worth investing in a new phone, but I wish I had been told about it. Buyer beware!

I wanted to upgrade my original Apple Watch but this one had the same features.

I'm not really an Apple buff but for this watch to do the same as an Android watch the price tag is kinda hefty

I purchased this in November as a Christmas item for my daughter. I didn’t want to pay full price for an item that could possibly be broken/lost/not used within a couple months, so I decided to buy an open box item from Best Buy. At the time it seemed like a smart move, save money and then we could decide to upgrade to a newer model down the road, if needed. I was highly disappointed to wake up on Christmas morning to learn that the watch could not be set up on my daughter’s phone due to an Activation Lock being on the watch. It appears that Best Buy did not do their due diligence to ensure the item could be sold and re-used. I called Best Buy to try to find a resolution, but was told to contact Apple. Apple advised they could not help, so I had to contact Best Buy again. I am planning on taking the item back to the store on the 26th to see what can be done. If all else fails, it will be returned.

Average Product with the money spent. Not a big fan of apple watches though.

3 series is just an ok smart watch for the money. Decent battery life.

I bought this for my wife but she didn't like it. She returned it for a newer SE model. She says the extra money for the larger screen is worth it. She also appreciates the louder speaker on the SE vs the 3rd Gen. She also had issues connecting the 3rd generation to her iPhone max. The Bluetooth kept disconnecting.

It keeps asking me to sign in to ipod. Not good I don’t have an iPod.

I love the watch, it’s so convenient BUT the memory on it sucks and the updates are a mess.

Screen is either to sensitive or not sensitive enough Would be nice if it allowed other apps etc

I purchased just because it’s cute.. but it really doesn’t do much, but I heard it has been saving lives lately!!
