Returned the watch because you must have an iPhone in order to use. Only watch I've ever bought that required another over priced product in order to use.

The battery life on this device was a disappointment to say the least. I thought the latest and greatest had the best battery life... I would hate to have seen what the original Apple watches battery life was.

Love the accessibility but overpriced for what it does and screen scratches and breaks very easy. I recommend a protective covering or insurance

It’s capabilities aren’t equal with the money I spent on it. I enjoyed it for about a month and then gave it to my niece who also enjoyed it for about a month and then gave it to my mother.

This was the most awful experience I have had with Best Buy, and I have been been doing business with them for 30+ years. I was so excited about the Apple Watch I bought my daughter. I bought it over two weeks before her birthday. By the time she opened it, my return time had expired. The box was missing half of the watch band, and I had to purchase another one. Best Buy would do nothing to resolve my issue, so I will not be doing business with them again.

It’s all right in the beginning. I needed more for messages to come through from my phone. It’s would not come in. They could even be right by each other and it still would not come in.

Really mad about not being in excellent condition. First order canceled because they didn't have excellent condition. Then send me one that is in excellent condition not good.

Fitbit and Garmin are far superior in terms of fitness and activity tracking functions and battery life. Would pick either of those 2 over a watch that needs to be charged at least once a day

Really liked this watch - however the battery pushed the face of the watch off - it literally started to swell until the face of the watch was pushed off. Apple said it was out side of their window to fix it. Granted I have owned it for 2 years for at $325 you'd think you have a very high quality product that will last a long time. I've owned cheaper watches that last MUCH longer.

Checked online and every Apple Watch is suppose to come with a charger, the Apple 3 I bought at Best Buy watch did not. Makes no sense,

Synced the watch to an iphone as required, lost the phone suddenly and couldn’t never get the watch unlocked. It remains in unused locked out condition.

Glass popped off a couple months after Christmas, Apple wants $250 to fix it. No thanks, I’ll just buy a new, better brand of watch! And to think, I loved Apple...

Best Buy did a fabulous job with the purchase of my Apple Watch. However, my heart broke after the screen got busted 3 weeks later. It still works but can only access data from my phone.

Far too many gadgets stuffed into this watch. The worst of it all is the battery life. For the most part, it doesn’t last the day. I should have purchased another Fitbit

Although all its amenities, the battery works just 18 hours at the most. And 2,5 hours to charge it. It is really a lot.

The product was fine but it was two weeks late getting here. It was for a party which happened prior to its arrival so now I have to return it.

Worked good for a while but kept trying to get me to update it without having storage for the update

Do not buy unless you have no problem keeping your phone on you 24/7. I understand I got one without cellular data, but it doesn’t even reach that far!!! Annoying

It is not an easy watch to learn. It will be a good idea to offer a class specifically for a watch like this.
