Screen will break on wrist

This product is useless. $330 cost plus $50 warranty plus $74 to fix the screen within 3 months. This product should be removed from the market.

Only lasts two years apple support says one year

Both of ours have failed within a few months of each other (seems suspicious) and we have to pay $169 to send it in for repairs. Does apple design their products intentionally to fail? We use our watches as advertised and take good care of them. Straight from Apple Support's mouth is that they are only intended to last for one year and we can't expect technology to last forever. I have a Garmin that has lasted 10 years. I will not be spending one more dime on Apple products.

PURE JUNK

Now, the watch is useless because the screen stays black. And of course, it's not covered by the warranty. I just LOVE throwing money down the drain on garbage products that Apple doesn't stand behind! After reading other reviews, I see that this same issue happens frequently.

Not a swimming watch

Unfortunately, when my husband was swimming in a lake, the watch band must have loosened and fell from his wrist. We were unable to find his watch and were told by customer service at Apple that there was nothing they could do. For such an expensive purchase, I would hope the product would hold up in the water since it is advertised to do so.
