I am not super high tech, but love it for the incoming texts/calls, heart rate feature, and exercise tracking. My co worker had one too and it probably saved her life. Her heart rate was crazy high (like 230) and her watch alerted her. She was actually feeling fine. Ended up being taken by ambulance and spent the night for observation. All is good, but thankful for the watch!
