Replaced a Fitbit with the Apple watch

Being an Apple device user and an Apple family its links with all my devices proved particularly useful earlier this week when we had a family emergency and multiple emails, text messages and phone calls were coming through over a short space of time and quick glances at the watch kept me immediately up to date.
