I use it for everything it helps during meetings in case of an emergency I can quickly glance at my watch without disrupting the meeting. I can count my steps and set a goal calorie count to know if I need to go the extra mile on the treadmill

Simple & Sweet

She is very hard on things but this watch is still in great shape. It does not have all the features of the newer models and will probably upgrade soon. But it is extremely high quality and great for the basics for a Smart Watch. I highly recommend.
