I like you can track different things including heart rate, ect. Listen to the music while walking without having to use arm band n phone. Also in just having Watch is also good. I would recommend this to other buyers

Love I can talk on phone and don't have to carry my phone on walks. I like tracking my exercise and love that they tell you when to breathe and stand. Still learning all about it still.
