Best Buy assistant was very helpful in explaining the features of Apple Watch, also assisted in downloading what I needed.

This is the 4th Apple Watch I have purchased and just like the rest, it fit my needs and was exactly what I expected.

Really does beat most Android Smart watches, just sucks it's only for iOS. Having used both operating systems on phones and smart watches.

Love everything about this watch expert that not all of my texts come through when they should. That is something that Apple needs to work on

Only complaint is not Best Buy / purchase complaint. It’s about the product itself. Not super tech savvy anymore, and calibration of GPS wasn’t clear. Didn’t realize needed to bring phone along for the calibration. One of the descriptions misled me into believing that was only necessary for older generations.

I have enjoy the connectivity with my new watch. Having the waterproof feature is what convinced me to make the purchase along with all of the other features

Bought as christmas present for 11 year old daughter,. She loves it and I dont have to worry about it with the geek squad protection plan!

I use it for work. I can read my text msg without having to take out my phone from my pocket. I have not had an issue with my watch.

Not even a huge watch fan but I love my Apple Watch! I got it for the work out features and it’s the most active I’ve been in awhile

My daughter bout this cause she been wanting a Apple Watch for awhile. She got it on black fri so it was a on sale. It’s a pretty good value watch. Has a lot of the normal smart watch functions. It does seem to need charging all the time.

Purchased for my daughter and she LOVES it! She loves the workout program and the capability of not having to keep her phone around to listen to music!

My 16 year old loves her Apple Watch. While expensive, she said it was worth having it as her main gift this year. A great way to help them stay in touch as well!

I love this watch!! It keeps me motivated and active throughout my day! I had a Fitbit before I got this one and I loved it but I definitely love this one more!!
