We had to scrub some of the grime off the box/material. Because it was a Christmas gift (and the recipient knew it was going to be refurbished), we should have opened it, and inspected it sooner. Would have probably returned it. Will not do that again - we didn’t save that much. Otherwise, it seems to be working ok.

It’s an iwatch

I have issues w voice to text and there is no editing text before sending that way. Missing the some things I appreciated Fitbit tracked: water, sleep. But functional as I watch says it is.
