It really helps me stay in shape and watch what I do. One of my favorite applications is the “Breathe” application. It really helps me calm myself when I’m stressed. I love how it keeps track of your heart rate in check. A great alternative for my phone in the case that I need to make a phone call or text someone and I don’t have my phone on my person. 100% would recommend to a friend.
