It has so many apps and I love all the types of exercise trackers that this watch has. I mainly use the cycling, walking, swimming and golfing exercise trackers. I also like the different faces that you can download and change to. I change the face type almost everyday to fit my style for the day.

Great for calendar reminders and exercise

Very discrete when receiving messages on my watch while I am working. The exercise program takes a little time to get use to, but so far I am adjusting. Much different than my Fitbit that I have been wearing for years. The only downfall I have found at this point is that I cannot track my sleep patterns so I still rely on my Fitbit!

The smaller model looks better unless you have very large hands. They also sell different color and material bands although they can be expensive
