    The main purpose for this item is that it's water-resistant, so it can be used while swimming. It tracks heart rate and many other vitals, and also allows you to talk on it like Dick Tracy. Fun and useful.

    This is an older model but most of the features are similar to that of the newer models. You might want to look into the SE series if you are thinking of getting this one

    I bought the Apple 3 Watch as a Christmas gift. It was a big hit! The clarity and sound is great. I am a group fitness instructor who operates my own fitness business and currently use a a Fitbit product. I have contemplated switching to an newer Apple Watch. Taking reviews from my clients and will reach a decision maybe soon.
