    I really enjoy the flexibility and comfort of the watch that I have and find that it is extremely efficient for when I am unable to to use my phone at the moment. I highly recommend this watch for anyone who is focused on their health because it does a great job at helping me keep track of my movements. All in all this is a really great watch.
