You can get phone calls and texts and email notices. You can count your steps and how long you walked and how many calories you burned. It has many clock faces to choose from so you can customize it to fit your needs. I like that I can keep track of my friends workouts too.

Particularly for those whose products are all Mac oriented, there's no better, more integrated option. That said, if I were an android/Google guy in terms of my phone and computer, I'd certainly have considered other options. Not a huge fan of the "look" of the watch, but that's just me.
