Have a series 1 that worked fine it just isn’t waterproof and battery wouldn’t last all day. New series 3 does both and cost less than the one it’s replacing. Doesn’t get better than that! Series 5 is really great but has so many features that I just won’t use so not worth the extra price. My advise is to look at how your really going to use it, you probably don’t need a series 5, you just want the best. I guess theirs nothing wrong with that, I needed the money for other things.

This watch is nice to look at and packs a punch with functionality. Bought this to replace a clunky wearable made by a competitor.

This is a great device to have on you, lasts super long, and tracks your fitness. Works great as a remote for your phone as well.

Purchased this for my daughter who runs track. She uses the gps all the time. Can check her time against last run. Also she uses the text feature constantly when she doesn't have her phone directly with her. Charge lasts long time as well.

I went from a series 1 to a series 3 and the difference is like night & day. The processing speed on the series 3 is quick enough for it to do everything I need, and has just enough capabilities that you won't miss out if you opt for it over the newer models. I love that it automatically triggers a workout notification if it senses I am swimming, running or biking. Being able to change playlists from the watch enables me to stay hands-free while I'm running.

I was unsure about getting the watch and asked a lot of people with Apple watches if it was worth it. I’m glad I bought it. Personally I enjoy getting my notifications on my wrist so I can prioritize what I respond to without making the people around me feel like I’m checking my phone all the time. The turn by turn navigation is great so I don’t have to touch my phone and don’t have to take my eye off the road hardly at all. I personally do wish I bought the larger version however so make sure to look at that as well.

I upgraded from a Fitbit to the Apple Watch. I did it precisely because I wanted the ease of use with my other Apple devices. It has performed wonderfully. My only issue, and it is truly a very minor issue, concerns charging. The battery charger is ANOTHER custom device. Since the device cannot charge while it is being worn (although I did try), I have the problem of figuring out when to charge it and making sure that the cord is accessible. If it came with two cords right out of the box this would be the perfect device.

This is my 3rd Apple Watch I’ve purchased and this one was a present for a person who has never had one and they loved it. It was easy to use, make sure you have an iPhone or the person you give this to has an iPhone since that is the only way to use it

This is my first apple watch, and I am loving it. I love the toy story watch face, and all that the watch has to offer. It also keeps me motivated to be active throughout the day, I definitely recommend this watch to everyone and anyone!

Bought a Seies 3 as an upgrade to the original Apple Watch, primarily for the added sensors, particularly in health and exercise. The watch generates a wealth of information, and there are a number of Apps available to utilize the info.

It's Apple, it syncs with all my other Apple products seamlessly. I've swum and bike with it with no issue.

I bought this as a gift for my mother, she wasn’t a fan of the 44mm so I bought her this one. She loves it, the size is perfect for her small wrist and she finds it easier to match bands with the silver. More colors tune to it rather than the rose color (44mm). Also, GPS only was perfect because she’s always next to her phone and never leaves without it. Saves us money because she never utilized the cellular on the (44mm). Best feature: SIZE.

We bought this as a gift for our 80 year old mother. She loves it and now she is able to do everything her fitbit did for her on her watch and phone. Saves me so much time helping her with one device as opposed to two!

This is a gift for my father and as for beginner, this is a great deal for only $229. I have series 4 though but 38mm is also good.
