Is this watch absolutely necessary? No. However, if you have the money to spend it is a great addition to the Apple family. I love the heart rate data and workout tracking (which my primary use). All of the other features are nifty too - text messaging, answering calls, any type of alert. It looks less obvious and rude glancing at your watch in a meeting rather than pulling out your cell phone. Would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence.

At the time of purchase, this Apple Watch Series 3 was around $179, which is $20 off what I'd pay at Apple. At face value, it's a lot cheaper than many timepieces I have, which have cost at least twice and only tell the time. Those also don't need to be charged every so often. But for this price, I think the integration with the iPhone is definitely worth the value, and battery life is good. I only have to charge it every other day or so. Functionality wise, it's not meant to replace your phone but supplement it and it's great that I can use it to pay for things without having to pull out my phone or wallet. I'd personally highly recommend this to people on the fence and who can find the value on what it can actually do.

I didn’t think I would like this, it seemed like just an overpriced watch with features I wasn’t interested in. I bought a refurbished one that was a little bit cheaper and I love it. It tracks my workouts and I can quickly answer texts or calls without getting out my phone. I would suggest getting a screen bumper, but otherwise i’m sold on apple watches!

Bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. For a long time was not a fan of Apple Watch and not sure she would need or want one. Now it’s one of the best gifts she has ever received. It’s helps that i also got her some fancy straps to go with to dress it up. She love’s it, doesn’t know how she lived without it. Really enjoys using the the Activity and getting her alerts when her phone is in her purse. Recommend it highly.

I like that it picks up the steps that I take when on the treadmill or pushing a grocery cart. I do wish that it would count my treadmill steps when holding on for the exercise minutes. It would also be nice to receive a weekly report from apple on how I am doing with the fitness. Fitbit does do that. Also, wish to know how to change my goals...I do know how to change the move goal.

Apple products have never disappointed us. Great experience buying from best buy too. Watch is nice, good for people who would like to track thing and wants to see some notifications on the go. Health wise good, but after using for months you will realize the other stuff like checking emails, notifications etc are not that useful as now a days you check you phone very often.

Best fitness watch, easy to use, battery life is perfect, wish I would have bought one a long time ago.

Love my new Apple Watch upgraded from a series 1. Screen seems bigger not sure how true this is since both of my watches are 38 mm. Also, I purchased in color “gold” which is more of a rose gold.

Excellent! It was an upgrade from Series 2, and they are still great. Especially nice that I'm able to continue to use bands from series 2, since this is the only model available with this size. As always, love Apple watches, and this is faster and longer battery than series 2. Highly recommend it if you don't need all those extra bells and whistles from SE or Series 6.

I’m new to the Apple family, so I’m thrilled to have my first Apple smart watch. Being in an era where you wore watches with batteries that has to be replaced to a watch with numerous functions & only needs charging every other day is great! I’ve only had my smart watch for a couple of weeks & I’m still learning. Glad I purchased this watch.
