Beat buy employee recommended it to my wife for price and functionality and it literally dumps a whole battery in 4-5 hours with minimal use. Spend the extra money and buy the SE or 7

They said he couldn’t pick it up for me when I had called and the asked if he could and they said yes. But in the end they gave it to him and didn’t even ask for an ID. Sounds like anyone can pick up things for people if they talk enough? also they didn’t scan the serial number so then I had gotten a call three days after saying they need the serial number on the box. It’s a good thing I kept the box because I had called the next day to give you that code. When I technically didn’t have to because that was your companies mistake! Communication between the employees needs to be better because there was a lot of confusion with it. The product life is only a day and it will die. Also there is a few technical problems I’ve noticed. It will randomly zoom in and won’t go back until I leave it alone for at least a minute then it goes back to normal. Not the best purchase from you guys for sure.
