    I bought this watch a couple weeks ago and the second week I had it it started blanking out. It’ll say it’s charged up but as I wear it it cuts completely off and I’ll have to constantly reset it. So when I reset and put it on the charger it’ll still have its fully charged

    To be clear, this is not a review on the product but a review with best buy home deliveries. This is only the second time I've had them deliver to me and both times they use the worst delivery company in the US, OnTrac. Twice my packages have been delayed, only this time its lost. I had a choice to pick up the purchase at the store on april 27th or delivered at my resident on april 24th. of course I choose the earlier of the two. Tracked my package on the 24th and was at On Trac facility but not out for delivery. It sat at the facility for 7 days with a tracking statement "shipment delayed". Then on May 1st, after hours, the tracking statement updated and said delivered on the 28th which is a lie because my family is home all day due to covid 19. Can you guy stop using OnTrac. They are terrible!
