Couldn’t snap band together. Extremely frustrating. Links difficult to remove and reinsert. Band very difficult to insert in watch. Magnetic cover even broke off from so many attempts. I wouldn’t trust my watch on this band.

Microphone went out 2 days after my return period was up. Can’t get it fixed nor can i return or exchange it. Complete waste of money. You would thing since there are such strict stipulations and most stores are still not open for regular business at this time they would have extended exchange periods. Tho the watch shouldn’t be broke in 30 days. Especially when it’s never been worn in water. Not to mention I’ve maybe only used it a total of a week the entire time I’ve had it.

Good product. Terrible customer service at Best Buy.

It’s ok would like more apps with it. Needs more options in bands too.

Battery discharges quick doesn't have a lo g life battery

Looks nice. Poor battery life. Not accurate heart rate monitor.

I’ve had apple watches and never had as many issues as I have with this watch. I have had it about a month and every couple days I have to completely erase all the content/resync It just so it connects with my phone. If you ask me, waste of $300.

I had just purchased the series 2 when this one launched. Decided to return it and purchase the new series. I was still within the return window and the cost was only $30 more so I figured why not. I am very happy with my watch. I am really enjoy the convenience of being able to check my messages and track my workout while I'm on my bike without pulling my phone out of my bag. It serves me well at work when I don't want to miss an important phone call or message and can not have my phone within reach. The breathe function is great. It reminds me to take a moment and relax. I am a busy mom and also an anxiety sufferer. Sometimes you just need that reminder. The activity app is also motivating and reminds you to stand up during the day. I did not purchase the LTE version as I am one of those people that can't go anywhere without my phone so I did not see the point in my case. I do notice it is a bit faster and has more seamless transitions between apps than the series 2. However, I would have been equally as happy with the series 2. This might sound silly but the dark grey band option in the series 3 was a selling point for me. I really wanted a dark grey band that already came with the watch vs. buying an extra one. I'm a one band kind of gal and prefer one neutral band and did not want black. I think it is well worth the money. People spend the same amount of money (or more) on other brand name watches that do not do half as much. It is all personal preference and whether or not it is functional for you.

frustrated doesn't come with instructions, I don't want to see minutes exercised or standing, I want to see calories, steps, miles, and heart rate. I don't know when I'll be able to make it into a BB store

The product came in good condition but the main issue was its battery life. I am hugely disappointed with the battery life given that I paid a very high price for this product

Bought that same week the charge only lasts 7 hours. The Watch instructions and information online all says it is supposed to last I think 16 hours. I returned it to the store quickly. Best Buy replaced it with a new one it did the same exact thing. Now I am stuck with a loss of money. I have always purchased new watches this time I bought an older version it wasn’t worth trying to save money. The watch dies quickly, it needs charges at least 2-3 times a day. Who had that kind of time to keep taking it off and charging.

Bought it for my girlfriend. She wasn't all that impressed
