Bought for my daughter birthday. She really likes it.

Good price for an apple product but battery sucks.

I really like my watch,but it gets scratch very easy.

I don't remember hitting or dropping my watch on anything (at least not hard enough to have noticed) but noticed a hairline crack across the top of the watch. The screen still shows the face but has lost all touch features. I'm so bummed :(

The watch was perfect but the charger didn’t work at all. Went all through apples process just to find out it was the charger very upsetting spent money thinking it was the watch other than that watch was good.

The screen on the watch cracked along the edges and Best Buy insisted it would not be covered and to buy a new one. Then the notice it is covered under warranty came out and best buy refused to take the phone back because it was over 14 days (it was <30). I should have taken it to apple where they actually know what they're doing rather than the geek squad. This was my 3rd geek squad visit, and all have been a waste of time.

I've had 2 Fitbits & this is by far so much better. It's sleek, low profile, easy to use. Once I got the hang of it I instantly became obsessed. I love all the features. It is so motivating & has helped me become much more active during the day. I sit at a desk & can become very sedentary, this watch has encouraged me to be more active while at work.

This watch is cute, has a few useful elements but if you really don’t have the money don’t bother. I use it mostly as a watch which is way to expensive for just a watch. Fit bit is easier, more useful, and the battery lasts a heck of a lot longer.

I think I like the idea of having a Apple Watch. Or I don't totally get how to use it or make the best of it. It's alright however I am disappointed in how it operates.

This watch’s glass cover did not survive a 3 foot fall. The glass shattered and rendered the watch almost useless. Apple can’t just replace the glass cover. Advised to just get a new one after not even 40 days.

I know it was open box but I've try to get help via geeks chat which is computer and frustrated I band for watch was the wrong one I had to buy a band for this watch

Glass surface scratches easily. Once scratched, watch is not waterproof anymore. Has to be charged daily. Crappy watch in my mind and not worth the $$ I paid

The screen cracked and broke on the 2nd day. It fell off the nightstand and destroyed it. Best Buy wouldn't take it back and I had to throw it away. It can't even be fixed.

Its a fun watch. You can make calls with it without your phone. Answer text messages quicker. Pay for things of you left your wallet at home.

IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS WATCH. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY KID AND EVERY TIME HE CHARGES IT THE BACK OF IT GETS REAL HOT. I ALSO GOT THE NEW 6 EDITION AND IT CHARGES JUST FINE.

Love the watch, purchased 8/14/21. I get a "birthday" email on 9/1/21 for 10% off any purchase between 8/25/21 and October, 2021. Had I known that, I would've waited 11 days to purchase the watch. Won't be shopping with Best Buy anytime soon. I had done a "chat" with a Best Buy employee and she gave me an 800 number to call. I called earlier this week, was told to leave my phone number and someone would call me back within 15 minutes. NO PHONE CALL, super poor customer service.
