Total piece of crap. Avoid the series 3 at all costs. The Best Buy team told me - a month ago when we brought it to them for troubleshooting - that there are known issues with this model. Well why the hell are they even selling it, then???

I bought this watch online for my wife's birthday. Watch is great but Best Buy not so much. I brought my wife with me to pick up watch so she could look at other model iWatches and iPhone's. Your store has by far the worst display of Apple products. There was like two watches and two iPhone's on display. Just close up the store and stick with online sales. Very sad store for promoting Apple products

Life the product but for it to be so expensive I have had numerous issues with the Apple Watch also I brought a 40 screen Procter and it broke so I’m not a happy camper

The watch stopping after 2 weeks and I had to send it in tho apple to fix and it was not fixable and they had to give me a whole new watch.

I bought this as an early Christmas present for my mom and at first she was super ecstatic about her watch! But come to find out it wouldn’t let her unlock her Apple Watch. When trying unlock with her password the watch would then register as her pressing a different number. Would not recommend this product to anyone

When i first tried using the watch, the main control button froze and did not work until rebooting. It has to be charged at least once a day with little use

The length of the band is for tiny wristed people only. All other watches I have owned came with a size that fit my wrist. I have had to remove links repeatedly on other products. I have normal sized wrists. This adjustable band is for children maybe. VERY disappointing to have to immediately buy a new band and change it in order to use it at all. I know it's the smaller face - but - it stinks.

my watch didn't last as long as I thought it would. one simple glitch and the screen never turned on again.

I am disappointed that Best Buy had this series 3 Apple Watch for sale, when I just found out today that Apple is discontinuing updates related to this series in September. My item was delivered August 1, 2022 and now I cannot exchange it for a higher series due to Best Buy’s 15 day policy. This is wrong and needs to be rectified.

The bands that came with the watch were pathetic. They stopped clipping on the very first day.

The Open Box - “Excellent condition” watch that we received did not work at all. After charging for hours, the watch would not turn on or give the option to pair with our phone. Only the Apple logo would appear occasionally on the screen before disappearing. Very disappointed and hope to exchange for a working device.

Microphone is muted and unable respond to any voice or phone call. Unpairing and repairing does not correct the problem.

Honestly the worse watch purchase I’ve made. It has too much going on too many default apps I didn’t enjoy it.

I’ve been back to Best Buy two times nobody can tell me the link email address to redeem my six months free fitness personal trainer I was supposed to get when I bought the watch very disappointing that I’m getting ready to bring the watch back just because of it please send an email to me with this information so I can activate my six months free fitness program that’s on my receipt

started having issue with buttons in 2 weeks. Battery life is also not great. May be I got the bad one. Hopefully they will exchange this.

Bought the 38 mm and it was too small, even with the zoom knob, brought it back and got the 42 mm, much easier to read.

Loved the watch but didn’t work for me couldn’t connect to my phone or music disappointed so sadly had to return

I order a grey Apple Watch series 3 and the lady gave me the silver one. It’s hard for me to go back to the store since i’m From Mexico

Watch was nice, but stopped working correctly after only 6 months!!!!
