In addition to the previous owners info being locked, it also had a large scratch on the surface of the face. It wasn't a usable watch and a complete waste of time.

Not a good experience

I did like the Minnie Mouse watch face and that it talks but that is the only thing I really liked about it. I ended up returning it and buying a Fitbit instead because of the comfort ability.

It really killed my phones battery too. I tried to like it but it was nothing what i thought it was going to be. The new one may be better but not going to waste the money on it. basically a $300 watch with a small screen.

Turned off on its own with full battery

The first lasted for 3 years and this one shut off within the first 3 days. I liked my previous Apple Watch but the battery exploded and the screen popped out. The new one would randomly shut off on its own and not turn back on for an hour so I had to return it.

Storage issues

Asked Apple for help, they confirmed. The updates take up most of the storage and it’s useless no apps can be downloaded. Never had this issue even with the series 1. Also cracked within 6 months
