Great watch! I had no problem accessing my important information.

I got it new and it failed to turn on after a week. They assessed it and decided that it was faulty from the factory. So they refunded me and I used the credit to get Series 5 instead. The Series 5 has been working perfectly fine! 1 star for the watch, 5 star for Best Buy’s aftersale service.

Great watch. Love how easily it pairs with my new iPhone. All the great features of the Apple operating system. Takes a little time to learn all the features, but I’m sure I’ll master them quickly. I got the 38mm so the screen is not as big as other units. Looking to get other bands to enhance look. Got it on sale and Best Buy even matched another big box store price, so I got a great deal. Best Buy is the greatest to deal with.

I'm not an early adopter of technology, but when about half the people I know own something, I need to have it. Hence my Apple Watch. I bought it when my Fitbit died, and now I can't be without it. I love being able to answer (or not answer) calls on it, and hate to be without it. And you can dress it up with so many affordable bands!

Have had this watch for the past three years and can say that it is still going strong with me. Very convenient to use really quickly in places like work and could match with anything from a beach day to a formal event. 5/5.

Has great battery life.........love the grey band.

I’ve been using this watch all day and it seems to work just fine. Only con is that I’m having trouble with the watch face, but I don’t know if that’s normal or if it’s because it’s refurbished. I just can’t update the watch face. Other than that it’s been working great. I will update again as I begin to use it more.
