Great for use in a pool!

I walk and swim for exercise so the new watch is exceptional. While battery life in the new watch is longer, it isn’t great yet. I really enjoy my new watch.

Awesome tech but slow to get started

But it took over two hours to update the watch but I had to update the phone again. So, not a “plug and play” piece of tech, but once that’s over I’ve enjoyed it very much.

But it still requires your phone to be its relay device for phone calls and notifications, and it can't do much when your iPhone is out of range and there are no known Wi-Fi networks around.

Huge improvement over the series 1

The performance of the series 3 is a huge improvement. Conservatively, I'd say the battery lasts twice as long. Apps launch much faster and a lot of the lags in the Workout app are gone. Well worth the upgrade.
