The battery doesn’t last that long it dies really quick and it’s very slow

Expensive for what it does. Always disconnects with phone and have to do a huge deal to get it connected again. Has many face option and other wingdings but for me...it just lets you know about your phone happenings. And if you have big fingers, good luck with trying to press and activate functions. What really aggravates me is the Bluetooth connection with the phone. Oh look...literally 1 hr and 6 minutes I finally got it synced by resetting the whole thing and it’s still syncing...

Bought the Apple Watch as a gift for my teen with Type 1 diabetes (it works with their glucose monitor). The watched worked great for 7 weeks but then the screen completely detached. Of course, its no longer returnable after 4 weeks. Best Buy – Can this be fixed?

I thought I already gave this watch a rating ? Anyways, it’s overpriced, and I only purchased it for the compatibility and convenience of receiving important iMessages from my family when I’m busy working.

Died right after the warranty ended. Was told that it would cost less to get a new one.

While we knew this was refurbished/Open Box, we were disappointed how filthy the inside of the box was, as well as some of the material inside. We had to scrub some of the grime off the box/material. Because it was a Christmas gift (and the recipient knew it was going to be refurbished), we should have opened it, and inspected it sooner. Would have probably returned it. Will not do that again - we didn’t save that much. Otherwise, it seems to be working ok.

Terrific product. Easy to navigate. Band was a little hinky. Did not care for the fastener. Bought a different one

I love this watch. I am active so it’s wonderful for tracking activity. With this being said after less then 2 years it won’t update. I checked with Best Buy and was told it would be cheaper to get a new one then to send it in for a fix☹️ Too expensive to buy a new one every year.

I really dont have much use for this watch. if it was cheaper then ok maybe but if all you do is talk and text then def not worth it but if your into fitness and all that other stuff then you'll get alot out of it

Bought it for my sister for her graduation, she could not have it for a long time as she is tired of charging it every night! :( I wont consider buying apple watch until they improve the battery life like Fitbit.

I have been using FitBit for the past few years & while I do love it, I was looking for something with more band & personalization options ( currently using the charge 3) I went back & forth between this & the Versa & choose the Apple Watch since I love all my Apple products. I picked it up on a Sat afternoon set everything up & charged it. I put it on that evening while I was just watching TV. After an hour or so my wrist/hand started to ache. I took it off & it went away. I googled after & found a forum of many of the same complaints. I’ve attempted to wear it a few more times & same thing happens so I will be returning it. Otherwise it is a nice Watch, I like the ability to personalize it & the many band options. For the price & what I use it for I’m going to just go to the versa.

I really liked this watch, mostly for its ability to find my phone, but it is a pretty powerful device. Then the watch face broke on it’s own. I was wearing it and one minute it was fine and the next time I looked at it, it was broken very badly. I had purchased Apple care when I bought it at Best Buy so I took it in as soon as they opened. They informed me I’d have to make an appointment with the geek squad and pay an additional $70 for them the send it off to be looked at. There was no one else around but I have to come back in 5 hours to “fill out the paperwork”? After leaving I did some research online and apparently Apple is aware that this can happen with these watches but they continue to make them with this defect that causes to screen to break.

nice watch ever. It’s is very classy and handy. It keeps up with the trend and is cheaper compared to rest apple watch series.

Kind of bummed to find out you can’t pair with an I phone 6 wish I would have know that changed.. disappointed kids on Christmas morning

Nice watch but it would not work without the phone near it. I am glad that they finally made one that does. I’m going to trade it in.

Got this Apple Watch in a open box special after returning my Fitbit. Was all excited and really it was a great deal. Except that it doesn’t really do anything. I read an article that it’s like wearing a black box on your wrist and that’s exactly it. It’s been good the few times I can answer my phone from my wrist and the talk to text works great. Other than that I track my sleep which is cool but not nearly as accurate as the Fitbit. There aren’t any new faces to choose from and not much to do with an Apple Watch. It’s cool at first but once the novlelty wears off it’s juat a black box on your wrist.

It was a decent watch for the price back then. If you're shopping for an Apple watch, get the SE or series 6 now.

I am not crazy about the watch, yea it's cool all the functions that are offered but now I feel obligated to wear it every single day because of what I paid for it, when I love wearing watches but now it's only this one, and taking in to consideration all the other issues I am having with the accessories for it that came with the watch and that I bought to go with it, I'm going to try and return it sometime this week, it hasn't been a week yet since my purchase and I'm mad I bought it

Nice watch but couldn’t use the features. It was a good price but wouldn’t connect to my iphone or air pods

The watch is great. I bought a two tone link band on amazon The white band does not a compliment the watch.
