I have started wearing it even outside of work and it has been great. It is comfy lightweight and easy to work. My only complaint is unless you have apple music you can't listen to your music on a run without your phone.

I've mistakenly worn in the shower and still works like a charm. The fitness tracker kills the battery pretty quickly but the watch charges in less than 30 minutes to almost a full charge.
