I had no interest in a wearable device for a long time but my wife suggested that I get one so I did. I find the alerts without needing to remove my phone to be useful and less distracting in meetings. I also enjoy setting the fitness goals and closing the rings on a daily basis. I said a higher calorie goal And have been hitting it constantly by putting extra effort: I take stairs more often,parking farther away when at the store and doing nightly jogs when needed. I’m in better health now that I’ve been in years.
