This watch was a gift for our adult son and it presented a unique opportunity to compare his Apple watch with mine from another leading manufacturer. I was very impressed with the display and how sharp it was. The other feature that stood out was that it was noticeably thinner than mine. Mostly, the preferences were subjective (i.e. round vs. rectangular) but if I were using the Apple platform, I would definitely stick with the Apple brand to assure forward compatability.

Great purchase. My daughter loved it! Easy to setup and was ready to use within minutes.

I really like my Apple Watch. It has helped me find my phone countless times. It reminds me to be active. It has apps to record sleep and activity as well as exercise,heart monitor, weather, breathing. It has Do Not Disturb just like the phone so when you turn it on at bedtime it also turns it on on your phone. You can set it for like an hour or until morning. You can send texts or use Siri. You can turn your music on.

While it’s definitely not a necessity, it’s worth every penny. It is efficient to use once you get used to it and the voice-to-text works MUCH better than it does on my iPhone 6S, which makes it quick and easy to respond to texts without having to take the phone out. I use it mainly while working out. I love not having to have my phone in proximity while exercising and this watch makes it easy to listen to & control music, track my workouts, and be able to briefly check messages.

Replacement for my wife’s series 1. I’d say, battery is way better in terms of everyday use.

Expensive. It could be cheaper. It serves a purpose by giving the ability to look at your wrist to see who is calling

I was reluctant to buy it but its actually really cool. Its like a an iphone on your wrist!

My husband had a Gear S watch that he was using with his iPhone (he got it before he got his iPhone). He was noticing that he couldn't do so many things that I was able to do with my watch. He decided that he wanted one so we got it. He wears it all the time! He rarely wore the gear even when he had a galaxy. His Apple Watch is always on him. And on the rare occasion that he has to take it off and he forgets it, he notices and we have to go back for it. It was definitely worth every penny!
