Best investment

Although the stress monitor on the garmin is a nice feature, I do like the breathing monitors feature on the Apple Watch and the fact that I’m able to reply text as the garmin the text feature worked better on android os.

Great Watch and More

She uses it to keep track of her classes in school so she's never late to class. She's not allowed to use her phone during school hours but I can text her quick messages as to when I'm picking her up or she texts me when she needs to be picked up later. It's a win win for everyone.

He can check his messages and emails from his watch without needing to grab his phone. Keeps track of his heart rate and steps. We did need to purchase a new band as the band that comes with it leaves his wrist sweaty and is t that comfortable.

Send little messages throughout the day to remind you to move..if you’re in to fitness this watch is perfect. I don’t see why I would need something different or a later series this has everything I need. You will get your bang for your buck.
