Excellent Apple Watch, I bought it to wear swimming. I also own the Apple Watch 6

This is a great watch to have being an office worker. Can get emails, answer calls, text messages, and even count steps without a problem.

Great watch, love that I don't have to carry my phone around, especially if you carry your phone to track your steps.

My wife and I compete a bit, but the watch primarily get you up and moving and compete with yourself by making you want to close your circles
