The glass breaks waaaaaaayyy to easy, be sure to get a case or bumper for it.

I was bought 2 but you cant use whatsapp only you use for fitnes or call.

I was missing the charger, And it was supposed to be brand new

The charger would not work, so that was very annoying. I bought this as a gift and now they have to take it back in to Best Buy and see if they can replace the charger. I love my Apple Watch but did not buy mine from Best Buy.

too small a screen, hard to read for anyone over 40 years old! using watch without phone is a marketing gimmick you hardly do it a 2nd time impossible to read emails and reply to texts with more than an emoji. no WhatsApp reply capability so very limited use

The watch takes forever to setup, but overall is ok.

I had this item shipped to home for a birthday present for my girlfriend and I went to wrap it for her on her birthday and realized I received an empty box with no watch or anything in it and no gift for my girlfriend

With normal / light use the heart rate monitor feature of the watch stopped working magically one day after the warranty expired on the watch. No care by apple to correct the issue other than the suggestion to purchase another one.

Worse experience ever online shopping. First they took the money out of my bank account three times then they delayed my pick up date. Took 3 weeks instead of 3 days to be ready. Never shopping Best Buy online ever again!

This watch is an absolute waste of money. The amount of usable flash memory in this watch is not usable at all. take it from me, DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. Buy the Apple Watch SE instead.

Very disappointed in this iwatch. Very pricey and somehow the lens fell off or broke off never realized it till I took it off. Would not recommend this product. Poor quality for the money.
