    I never have been one for wearing a watch. However I now find myself turning around and going home if I realize I forgot it. The activity app is the biggest driver for me. I love being able to see what I’ve done and “ramp it up” to make my goals. I’ve lost over 40 lbs. in the last year just by taking a little extra focus to hit those goals. (No dietary changes, just using my active calorie goal to 1500 a day).

    The Apple Watch series 3 is the best smartwatch you can buy.Ive only had my watch for a couple weeks using its as a phone and also fitness tracker and I love it . Helps out with all my work outs check my heartbeat ,play my music and more.Comes in handy
