He isn’t a guy who likes to carry around a calendar or agenda but his watch reminds him of all his meetings. He can take calls and be hands free, he loves the gps reading . There are tons of way to keep more active with the watch and health app. Obviously more apps help with personal goals but the watch makes communication easier.

Can’t get away from the thing now because it is helping me get up and moving. Even tracks heartbeat and looks for irregularities. Love the fact I can call and text right from my arm just like the old James Bond movies! I think I’ll have a dry martini shaken not stirred. Great watch but needs more face options.
