I had the original Apple Watch and loved it. My only gripes were that it wasn’t fully waterproof and the battery life. The Series 3 has greatly improved battery life, fully waterproof, and is quite a bit faster than the original. Like the iPhone, this is the smart watch that all others try to be.

Yes I had the Series 1, then owned the Series 2 briefly before giving it away and now finally feel I have a complete version in Series 3. Here are some quick take-aways: Excellent and crystal clear display (OLED technology) - huge plus to the previous versions. The battery life also has been a large improvement. I made a call while jogging and the quality was fantastic. Now for music options. It gives you access to both Apple Music and Beats Radio - and you need to be embedded in the Apple Music system for this to work well. But best to just use Siri and ask for the music you'd like to hear. The upfront costs are high as are the monthly charges for the GPS & Cellular option. Look there may be cheaper watches and cheaper phones. But having Apple products has a lot to do with the cache along with the quality. But are the quality and cache worth so much?!? That's an individual call you have to make.

I owned the apple watch series 1. It was good but the battery life was short and the performance was slow. Battery life typically lasted only a day on the Series 1. Performance lagged considerably. With the Apple Watch Series 3, My watch can last 3 days. Very responsive and now it is waterproof.

I love my watch, the sales rep was was terrible. I walked in told him what I wanted he walked away when I told him I was ready to buy. He sold an iPad to another gentleman, but I wanted my watch 10 minutes before the iPad gentleman walked in. My wife was ready to go 90 miles away to the Apple store, when it comes to all my apple products and I own and buy many I will go wait 2 hours 90 miles away from my home to purchase it. Best Buy you lost me forever!

My first thought was that I didn't NEED an Apple watch but after buying and using my series 3 Apple watch, I have to say I'm very happy with it. Admittedly, I use it mostly for the almost every aspect, but getting texts, reminders, and notifications without having to pull out my phone is AWESOME. It has more fitness features than i originally expected and I can compete with my friends and get notifications on when they complete workouts so we have fun staying competitive. You can remove 3rd party apps you're not using from the watch, or add new ones you just can't remove the Apple apps, such as phone, messages, etc. You can customize the watch face in many different ways to get a lot of information at a glance, or just make it look cool. You can even adjust the font size to make it easier to see the display. The only other thing I'd recommend is getting an AppleCare warranty. I absolutely LOVE this watch.

Best money I’ve spent on myself in a long time! It is helping me achieve my fitness goals by providing motivation. It’s also great to get notifications on my wrist rather than having to take my phone out so frequently. If anything were to happen to this watch I would purchase another in a heartbeat!

Bought the I watch for my wife. Works for her great, doesn't have to dig in her purse for the phone anymore.

I always wear a watch. So when my last watch broke, I decided to try an Apple Watch. I'm having a lot of fun with it. Since I have a large iPhone (7 Plus), not having to bring it out of my pocket all the time was nice. Calls, VMs, texts, and even email can all be accessed on the watch. However, if I were to lose the watch tomorrow, I would not replace it. It's a fun gadget but not essential for me because it's only an extension of the phone which is always nearby anyway. I wish I had purchased the version with cellular connection. With a direct connection, I won't need to bring my large iPhone with me when I am walking, running, or biking. In that case, I can imagine the watch being "essential" to me.

It’s a sturdy watch. I’ve hit it multiple times walking through doors or around tables. Never noticed how much I ran into things until I bought it honestly. So self awareness was a good touch.

This is just like having your own personal coach right beside you all day, Plenty of little perks to keep you on the move. The stock activity app alerts me thru the day to stand or move. It's so nice not having to pull my phone out all of the time. I love it.

I think it’s worth wearing for the health benefits (or any fitness wearable). The heart rate monitor works well, just wear the watch snug enough to be in contact with your skin. I don’t seem to use many apps since a lot of them are flaky. This isn’t a wearable iPhone, it’s purpose built to do what it does. That would be telling time, messages, weather, calendar, fitness, etc. If you setup the “modular” face with the right complications, you can get most of the info you need with a look. I’m glad I went with the cheaper model. Especially when I brush it into a rough surface. It’s a big piece of glass on the most active part of your body. It’s gonna get scratched. It seems to be tough. I can only see a few scratches when I look at an angle. I wear mine around 14-16 hours a day. When I put it on the charger, it usually has 75% battery left, so you could sleep in it and charge every other day or so.

Wasn’t sure about the price but totally worth the money and can’t wait for golf season to try the gps more

I got the gps version because I can’t see paying 10 more bucks a month for the LTE version. Very satisfied!

Watch was purchased as a gift. My husband loves the watch for his iPhone. Easy set up, beautiful display.

I have had the watch for a few months, but I am very happy with the purchase. I bought it to replace the Fitbits that I was having to replace frequently. I like the style, and that it can be used in the pool. I like gadgets, so while the price is steep, I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased the watch for my husband because he is an avid fisherman. He loves the waterproof feature and GPS. We did not need the Iwatch with the Cell phone feature because it is hard to call from and most of the time you cant use that feature. I recommend saving the $100 and get this.

I got this one (without GPS) because I didn’t want to pay an extra fee each month to my provider and because others had expressed it didn’t work well. This one is perfect! I love how convenient it is & I honestly don’t mind having to have my phone with me.

I bought this watch for my daughter for her birthday. I can only state what I’ve heard from her about it. She says she loves it and wears it everywhere. She hasn’t complained about any problems with it. And battery life seems to last for days without a charge.

This has to be one of the better apple watches. Battery life is super. I have had zero issues with it.
