They find it convenient, stylish, and appreciate the fitness tracking and notification features. However, some customers find it expensive, not durable enough, and wish there were more color options.

This is a great watch. I upgraded from my Garman watch, which did not stay connected to my phone. This watch has good battery life and is waterproof. Would not have got if it was not waterproof.

    Best Smartwatch Out There

Prior to purchasing the Apple Watch Series 3, 42mm I owned Garmin and Fitbit brands. Apple has the most accurate Smartwatch on the market. It virtually does everything. The accuracy is spot on. Even though more pricey you get what you pay for. That being said. If you are able. Make the move to a Apple Smartwatch.

Loving my watch the ability to walk away and know I can still see who calling. Text through voice text. Clear my notification from my phone without going to the phone. Helping my battery life.

It took me some time to finally break down and get one, but am I glad I did. This version has Siri, and as frustrating as it can be on the phone, the watch version actually comes in handy. I upgraded from the Fitbit Blaze Bc it just didn’t have enough features to really make it worth it, but being able to text back without having take my phone out of my pocket is great. It’s not without faults still, but that just has to do with the software for the most part. I would like to be able to have the weather over one of my phot backgrounds but that’s so minuscule of an issue, it’s not a make or break issue.

I’ve been skeptical about picking up a smart watch because I never really felt I needed it. Let me just say it had changed my outlook on wearable tech entirely! It was easy to setup and adds a whole new dimension to how I use my Apple products. I’ve become. Ive conscious of tracking my daily activity and now my sleep as well. It’s also very convenient with reading texts and seeing who’s calling without having to pull out my phone (great while I’m driving!) the speech to text takes some getting used to, but it’s finally a feature I’m utilizing! 10/10 would be buy again!

I thought the watch did a great job, but for the exact same price, you can get the Nike Watch with a sport band. It doesn't look like much, but I returned mine for the Nike and the holes make a huge difference for running - I could feel the sweat build under the band with this one. Also note, the Nike Watch comes with a few extra Nike watch faces you can never get with this one. Why pay the same price for lack of a simple feature? The low battery life is advertised, so I didn't knock a star for it, but as long as smart watches have been out, I was really hoping for about a week without charging by now

The Apple Watch works great. Tracks workouts or steps, motivates you to continue working out with the activity rings, and at a glance can show you your notifications without having to pull out your phone. Replying back to a text on it is easy by writing on the screen or using the mic feature to recognize your speech. It is pretty accurate in recognizing what you are saying. Answering a quick call on it is cool especially when your hands are full. Overall, satisfied with my watch but it is an expensive accessory so some might not find that much value in what it does (considering that your smart phone can probably do all of these things without the watch).

So by fortuitous circumstances I had a little extra $ to get myself an extra Xmas gift. It was also on special as it was the Series 3 and Series 4 is now out. Was it still more expensive than other knock-off wanna-be brands - for sure, it's Apple, and yes it is worth the extra $$. From the packaging itself you know that you're getting something that is well made, well designed, sleek and really functional. It fits really well, can't wait to get more bands to change up the look. Functions, well there's a ton and it synchs up with your I-phone. It is so easy to use and navigate, and enjoy. Treat yourself and get one, you won't be disappointed.

After doing a lot of research, trying to decide between the Series 3 and Series 5, I came to the conclusion that even today the Series 3 is the better value. For $150 less, the Series 3 watch has basically all of the same bells and whistles minus one or two features that many won’t even notice, and it will continue to be supported by Apple for the foreseeable future. The watch looks great, functions as advertised, and was very easy to setup and pair with my IPhone 11.

I have been slow to jump on the Watch band wagon. I've been interested in the Apple Watch since it made it's first debut. I have a job where I'm not far from my phone but it isn't practical to carry my phone around. I decided to jump in and buy the series 3 watch because it would give me notifications when I couldn't get to my phone. I am 62 years old and thought at first that is for younger people and I wouldn't get the same enjoyment or use from the watch. I was wrong, it may take me a little more time to know the full potential of the watch but I really do enjoy having it. I get my notifications at work without my I-phone chiming ringing or distracting my coworkers. That alone makes the watch worth having. For such a small device it is packed with several useful utilities. I have purchased several apps that also work on my phone. The watch is always with me , I find it comfortable to wear with the stock wristband the magnetic charger always stays in place and takes up very little space on my nightstand. I think this watch is as much fun to have regardless of your age. I am so happy with the watch that I know what to get my parents for Mother's Day and Father's Day. They will probably be lucky enough to get the Series 4 watch. I bought this at Best Buy when it was on sale for a great price.

Never had a smart watch before. Bought the one without LTE. Apple has great products and this one has not disappointed yet. For those that have never had one, the non-LTE version you still need your iPhone for it to use all the apps, check weather etc it needs to be connected to your phone to get the info.

Use this to control my entire house with Siri. It unlocks my doors, turns on my lights, adjusts my thermostat, starts my van, and much more! I like it better than my series 1 that it is replacing for the Siri voice feedback and faster speed. Didn't think i needed the cellphone model. This one is great!

The Apple Watch 3 does feels like it has multiple uses. When I used it as a traditional smart watch, by which I mean it’s connected to, and in range of a phone, it’s the best wearable Apple has ever made. Performance is much improved, battery life is strong and Siri feels more useful. Best one so far!

Father's Day Gift for My Husband

I bought this Apple Watch for my husband for Father's Day after hearing about the heart monitor benefits provided by this watch. My husband wears it nearly every day and enjoys being able to receive notifications from his iPhone right on his watch since he often doesn't hear his phone. The watch has performed just as expected and he hasn't had any trouble with it. The only thing I might do differently if I were purchasing an Apple Watch today is pay extra for the cellular model, even if I don't activate it, because the watch can be used to make 911 calls even if it isn't on a network.

This is the only thing someone on my Christmas list mentioned that was wanted. It is a great quality product. Of course it would be coming from Apple. This person is a college student and is very into technology. It will be very handy for him while he is on campus and will help him to stay connected.

Upgraded for the speed and battery life

This is an excellent watch. I upgraded from the original apple watch to the GPS Series 3 mainly because of battery life and speed. I was happy to see both received a significant upgrade and I have yet to have my battery die over the course of a day and I use my watch a significant amount for texting and reminders. The speed and accuracy also seem to be improved. It does not connect purely through wireless as well as I had hoped so would likely get a cellular Series 3 if I were to purchase one for my wife so she could leave her watch in her office or bedroom when just running around. For me, I typically always have my phone on me so it is not a big deal.

As an RN this watch is just perfect for me. It keeps track of my daily activities and most importantly notifies me of any incoming notifications. I’m not allowed to be fiddling around with my phone during work hours so at least if I get important txts from my friends and family I am able to quickly look at them and get straight back to work. Wish the Apple store had more designs for the bands. However, I can’t complain too much about the original band because it’s super easy to clean especially after a gritty day at work. Overall, I’m satisfied, the watch is easy to use and clean plus the battery topically lasts me a good 2-3 days before I have to charge it.
