    The Apple Watch Series 3 is the best overall smartwatch you can buy, but battery limitations and add-on fees keep it from being a must-have upgrade. Also, it’s not a large jump from the series 2 so I might not recommend upgrading unless it’s a series 1.

    Tracks calories burned not just as a pedometer, but for lifting weights as well. I love the fact that I do not have to carry my phone with me while working out to listen to music AND receive texts. There are no disruptions to my work outs.
