Very disappointed in the store and Apple themselves. This was the closest store within two hours of me and I was very excited to get my products (this watch and Airpods). I opened the box once I got home and the screen was scratched on the bottom. It starts on the left of the screen and goes to the middle. It’s very very noticeable (pictured on here) and I can feel it as I touch the screen. I called them and they told me my only option was to go back into the store and exchange or return it... which was not an option to me. I did not check the item before I left town as I’ve always trusted these products especially from Apple. I have since added a screen protector considering it scratches easily. Still very ugly. The watch itself is great. It does everything I wanted and works very well. Set up was seamless and has a lot of features. Very uncomfortable to wear and doesn’t take long to adjust to.

my watch want even come or charge i want another one to be sent immediately this doesn’t make no since.

After 3 years the screen pop out it look is caused by a swollen battery issues

Absolutely garbage watch, worth spending more to get a nicer one tbh. This thing stopped working on me after a few months and I barely even used it. I now use the Apple Watch Ultra and love it. Huge price difference between the two but if you can afford a nicer model then you should just get something nicer.

Fell on to wood floor and cracked the screen. Really? What a joke. Cost to repair is the cost of the watch. The battery life is horrible. You have to charge it each night so you don’t get the benefit of the heart and sleep monitoring over night. I miss my FitBit.

I had this watch for a little over a year and never had any problems with it. A few weeks ago it stopped turning on all together. Apparently the price for repairs is the same as buying a whole new watch. Don’t get the series 3, just pay extra for a newer version and BUY APPLE CARE

I purchased this watch open box. I was informed that to get the 48mm rose gold / pink band my wife wanted that the only one they had was open box. I purchased the item and drove off. The box was marked and inspected by Their so called professional's as no missing accessories and in excellent condition. Contrary to this i went home plugged in the watch to charge it and low and behold the watch was locked with a passcode from the previous owner. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager, and ov-course i got the whole " he is in a meeting, then he's out to lunch then ill take a message etc etc" I never got the courtesy of a phone call back either. About 3 hours later a gentleman from the Geek Squad called back and said he would exchange it for me. He informed me the watch was not locked on the backend of Apple. I came to the best buy again after driving over two hours back to the store from my home and a new watch (brand new) was waiting for me. I was a bit upset because they had a rose gold watch in stock 48mm that was brand new, so why is their associate telling me that they didn't earlier that morning?. Anyway after multiple calls and trips back and forth and lots of wasted gas and time this ordeal could have been resolved had their team actually inspected the apple watch when it got returned by the previous owner to make sure it was not locked and made in-usable for the next person. I think the team at Daytona Beach needs to be retrained on customer service.

Do not buy it. I went cheap because the tech said that Apple will always service the watch for the entry level watch users. After 10 days the watch needed an update but it wouldn’t because it said there wasn’t enough free space. Found out there had to be a minimum for 3GB space for the update (the watch only has 3.2 GB of space. Luckily Best Buy does a take back with in 14 days (day 13 I figured it out). Needless to say, got the 6 for my wife and it is awesome! Her and I both love the Apple watches. Spend the extra and get a watch that will last for years to come!

It won’t hold a charge for more than a day, so has to be removed with down time a lot more than I like. Also, right away I had notifications telling me what I had done a week ago, a month ago and a year ago...when I’d only been wearing it a couple days. Was it refurbished?? In addition, every time you start a walk, run, or workout you have to start it manually on the watch. If you forget it will start recording it after 5-7 minutes go by, but your distance is never accurate at that point. One of my children told me to return it, which I’d never thought of. I went online and found I missed the return date by one day. I took it off and haven’t worn it since, For me, this was a very poor purchase.

This watch should be discontinued! There was a scratch in the watch. With everything being closed due to covid19 I could not contact bestbuy they never answer their phones. I realized it was a crack and even though the watch is in the box the chip continues to spread. Do not buy!

After only having the watch for three days the screen went green and isn’t working. Thank God I got the extra warranty!

June 1 just over a year later the watch stopped pairing needed to call apple support we attempted to fix but it did not work Now either spent $175 to fix or get a new one for $200 paid $300 just over a year ago Not happy with Series 3

Having the iWatch did nothing but replicate my phone, it doesn’t play videos, did not display email messages correctly

This is my second smart watch from best and not happy to see a scratched screen when it was mentioned like new

Hello, i bought an apple watch 3 open box which was listed as excellent condition with no scratches and faults etc. I got the watch and was traveling back to my country the next day (I dont live in U.S, frequently visit as a tourist), Anyway turns out that the watch has a scratch on its face, which isn't noticeable but its still there. There is also some sort of touch screen problem with the watch since it delays and becomes static sometimes. Overall it was a bad experience. Too bad, I am not in US anymore so cant even return the watch and claim my money back. I would recommend to buy pin packed products from best buy or if someone really has to get an open box type of product then they should buy directly from manufacturer.

Do not buy from Best Buy! I bought a Apple Watch & after just 1 time of wearing the watch, it stopped working. I took it in because it was only 13 days since I bought the watch. They wanted $175 to repair the watch when I paid $190 for it. I am totally convinced that they sell refurbished apple products because this would not have happened to a brand new watch. They were no help at all. If you are looking to buy apple products, go directly to apple. Do not waste your time & money at Best Buy! I will never purchase anything from Beat Buy.

The Apple 3 watch was a Christmas present for my wife...who was quite surprised when she opened up the package. It all went downhill from there. She has an Apple 5s and the new version of the Apple 3 will not sync as it requires the "latest" software update...which she cannot get as Apple has discountinued upgrades for that phone. Tried to buy a new Apple 11 via Best Buy and the nearest unit was over 250 miles away...and not available on line. So...back to the store with the watch. Had heard good things about the 3 but will never now... Sad... Return process was quite good though...

Purchased an out of box watch, it arrived with the previous owners Apple info still on it. Best Buy could not help. Went to Apple and submitted proof of purchase twice and it’ll was denied ownership twice. Huge waste of time. Shame on Best Buy for not doing their due diligence first to remove the previous owners information and leaving it up to new owner to try and figure out. The watch was also not charging. Sent back and purchased a brand new one.
