The watch came with a scratch down in the screen, the ad didn't say it was used or had defects.

I want so much to love this watch because I am truly an "Apple" person, but I do not. Everything about this watch is incredibly difficult, from setting the face and just being able to click and see the time, etc. It is also INCREDIBLY delicate. I mean, if you look at the thing the wrong way it gets dinged / cracked. The durability SUCKS in my opinion. The battery life could also be way better. I'm giving it 2 stars because it looks cool and the concept is cool, and the connectivity to other Apple products is very cool. But, this will be my last Apple Watch purchase - this is number 3, and 3 strikes & you're out...

After wearing this watch for roughly about 3 to 4 weeks now I’m realizing that I’m probably going to be returning it to Best Buy. typical Apple like fashion they have decided that certain features of the Apple Watch which were very useful to many people is no longer necessary. I’m speaking of course of being able to control your iPhone music through the watch. This and several software designs in both the new iOS and this current watch is prompting me to look at the galaxy series for the first time since iPhone 3G. Great job apple… Keep innovating (the way in which you will achieve getting money from other people)

This is for someone who really need to have notifications on their hands the apps are pretty much useless

I was very excited at first to receive my watch. It worked great and really benefited me during work! It was also great to track exercise and daily movements! Apps were right there and it was easy to navigate. However, recently my watch stopped tracking movement whatsoever. I tried going into settings and fixing it and nothing has helped, and instead, stopped tracking anything whatsoever. I’m disappointed that for the amount I paid for it, it isn’t a great product. I thought it would last longer, however, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Again, this was a gift. That's rhe only reason I got an Apple product. This update was a little behind on the competion. Instead of making it more useful and accessible, They add stuff to this watch that has no use to a regular person.

I was very pleased with the price of this smart watch and my initial experience of it was great. Unfortunately after 3 days of use it went black at night. When I restarted it there was an error message on the screen. I went to apple’s website for troubleshooting and discovered I would have to ship it to apple for a repair. Instead I returned the watch to Best Buy.

I was excited about the watch at first till I started using the workout app. My sister and I started working out and and she has a fit bit versa 2 and we would workout and all of a sudden I’ll check my watch and my time would just be on pause this would get me so mad because it would just pause out of nowhere. I went to the settings I switched so much stuff and it still does it at times I constantly have to be checking it to make sure it’s not paused and if so to resume it. I started checking the reviews about that and others would have the same problem one said that if you have tattoos in your wrist that may be the cause of it because it can’t really detect I was like omg really I have tattoos in both of my wrist so that’s a bummer!! I can’t believe it Apple has to do better than this! You shouldn’t pay so much for something that you can’t really trust my sister has no problems with her versa. I mean I still use it because I had got a lot different of watch bands and I try to make it look cute and different but other then that I can’t really trust it like I want to.

Was very pleased at first with the watch. Really happy that it was supposed to water resistant. Spent a day swimming, jet skiing, and water skiing. After that the watch glitched a couple times and then the face went completely grayscale. Not sure I would put the apple watch on my to have list again.

It may be the inputs, it may be this particular TV, but it certainly lacks the quality I expected from this expensive TV. Color is average, brightness is lacking and the picture quality no better than a 500 Vizio. Just not that good.

I returned this watch and got the 4 instead. The 3 was defective. It kept indicating water in it and I had not gotten it wet. It also did not report the weather accurately. It would give absolutely opposite forecasts from what was on my cell phone. It would nudge me in the middle of the night to say I had completed my stand goal and I had been in bed for hours. I’m glad I took it back. The one I have now is much better. I love the 4 and would highly recommend it. I also praise Best Buy for their customer service. They made the exchange cheerfully and I paid the additional money to get the 4.

I was enjoying my Apple Watch Series 3 and after having it for only 3 days it stopped working. It powered off and when it would come on it was stuck on the Apple logo, did a hard reset over 2 dozen times, followed all the Apple support trouble shooting to no avail. It never came back on so I had to take it back. Apple also just said the series 3 won’t get the newer iosWatch updates.

Screen broke on the second day. Sales person didn't offer the warranty at time of purchase. Had to pay $250 to have watch replaced at another retailer.

So I received this watch about a month ago brand new. Two weeks after I received it is when it started doing weird things. It powers off on it's own then powers back up as well on it own. Multiple times throughout the day I have to keep re entering my passcode to be able to use it. It takes nearly 5 minutes to power on & when it does I do not have to enter my passcode. This is my second Series 3. It is brand new but doesn't work properly.

When the watch was purchased a date was given that would be ready for pick up. It wasn't. I was then giving another date, still wasn't available, after the third time it was finally ready. I would have been completely satisfied if the date (which was 3 1/2 weeks out) was just told first but, that I was told over and over with no explanation, not appreciated. I would recommend the watch but not Best Buy.

Purchased the series 3, should’ve purchased the series 1 so at least I would have saved some money. The only thing I like is being able to answer the phone from my watch. I am having a difficult time finding history of activities and I’m unable to do functions from the iphone which I thought I would be able to do as well. Since I have a Macbook, 2 iPads and an iPhone I thought I would be as happy as I am with them but I should’ve stuck with my fit bit

Just didn’t work for me. Felt bulky and was always afraid of bumping it into something and breaking

I bought this Apple watch as a Christmas gift for a family member and after he opened it and tried to set it up we learned that it wouldn't pair with his older model of the iPhone. By the time I got it back and tried to return it Best Buy would not return it beyond their 14 day return policy. Very frustrating customer experience with Best Buy, and I can't believe an iWatch wouldn't pair with all iPhones.

Unless this is for a gift as it’s now cheaper or you’re on a budget, I can only recommend the Series 4 now. Just go in store and try putting both versions on at the demo kiosk. Feel the difference of the heart rate sensor bump that’s on every Apple Watch. The series 4 is infinitely more comfortable and the edge to edge screen is ginormous in the relatively same size watch face dimensions.
