Was not impresses with watch. Battery did not last that long .

I put on my watch at 9 am with a full charge and at 5 pm today I received a low power notification! The battery does not last not even a full day/night and this should not happen! I didn't use it too much- I sent about 5 text messages and received 1 phone call. I am very upset! Buyer beware!

I preordered this watch from Apple and picked it up on release day. I already had a Series 2, but was looking forward to something I could use phone-free for the gym, going for a walk, the beach, etc. I had high hopes for this product and couldn't wait to pick it up. Sadly I was disappointed and returned it 24 hours later. The connectivity issues that have been in the news were true (at least for me) and all of the calls that I tried to make were either too choppy to understand the person on the other end, were dropped, or never even went through. The LTE did not work as it was supposed to and since I already have the Series 2, I decided to return the Series 3. There weren't enough new features on this device besides the LTE for me to justify its $400 price tag. Additionally, in the one day that I used the device I discovered the fitness tracking to be off too. I noticed that at 10am I already had completed 8 of my 10 standing hours, which seems unlikely given that I didn't get up until 9am! At any rate, I know that Apple has stated that they will be coming out with a fix for the connectivity issue and, if that actually happens, I will consider repurchasing the watch, but I'm not going to spend the money until the product works as it should.

Second time worst experience.. I bought the apple 3 series open box "EXCELLENT"condition. 1. They could not find it in the store at first and 45min later they find it. 2. Had salesperson open box to verify it was clear i.e. no one's apple id on it (bought apple series 1 from here and it was still locked). She verifies its clean 2. Get home no charger no cube. Call store they tell me just come in geek squad will give you charger and cube. I go back 45min later i get cube and charger. 3. Get home again charge watch and begin pairing, it stops because Someone still registered on watch. Extra p'd now. 4. Go back to store they tell me i need to go to apple and have them unlock it. Absolutely not! They decide to refund me the open box and match open box price with brand new watch. They dont have it in stock and gift was due yesterdday. Another hour. Long story short..Only buy brand new

Love my Apple Watch it’s the best investment! Especially for my busy schedule

Bought this watch 5 months ago $600 with extra bands for my wife. Had it outside on a lawn chair and it fell 14" and the screen unbelievably shattered. Yes only 14"!!! Best buy and apple said unless you bought a extra warranty to cover the cheap product it's $289 to repair. Also the cellular part didn't work well. We have owned many watches, phones, tablets and computers and nothing like this has happened. First and last Apple watch. FITBIT is Way Better !!!! I have never had a problem with a screen breaking, scratching or cracking and their customer care is great. Any problems over the last six year they have taken care of it no charge.

They say the Apple Watch 3 is aluminum gold but it is actually the horrible pink. Apple’s website dos not mention the anywhere. Such a disappointment.
