I’ve had my share of smart watches never really got into the iwatch because I didn’t really like smart watches and they felt cheap most of the time. Until I’ve came across the stainless steel version it felt great on your wrist , it was heavy felt like a real watch. I like it a lot .

As a watch collector I have avoided the inevitable smart watch purchase but this Series 3 is a home run for me.

I upgraded from a first-generation Apple Watch (series 0), and was very satisfied with the bump in speed, brightness, and overall functionality of the Series 3 watch. While the form factor has not changed much, the design is aesthetically pleasing, and the materials (at least the mid-grade model) hold up well to everyday use. Having the freedom of the cellular model directly in the watch, allowing it to function without the iPhone, is a nice feature, but for most, I suspect it is not a necessity. Overall, if you have anything other than a Series 2, I think this is a smart purchase.

i new apple watch series 3 is amazing. battery last up to 3 days. its fast, comfortable. cellular works great for runs and activities that require you to not have your phone on you . the stainless steel is great looking. very shiny. i highly recommend.

I have had all versions of this watch, plus android watches. I love the cellular capability but have yet to take full advantage of it. I wanted to be able to leave my house and go to the gym with just my watch, and "bike shorts". I can now lock up the house, close the garage and keep an eye on my house all from my watch. I just bought the silver aluminum but, considering returning for the stainless steel since I have the Milanese Loop and Link Bracelet and feel it would compliment it further.

I got this at the apple store. I have upgraded from the series 2. I love this watch. It is awesome with all the exercise I do, walking, running, step classes, hiking, TRX, etc... The smart features are GREAT. I like how I can turn off notifications I don't need going to my watch. I did not set up Cellular, I don't need it, as I always have my phone with me. I like to take lots of pictures, and I just don't ever want to be with out it. This works perfect for anyone that has an iPhone. You really can't go wrong. I am new to apple, and I just love everything about them. I think you should give this a try, and I am sure you will be very surprised how much this watch makes you use your phone much less, I am not on my phone as much, amazing how much more connected I feel to the world around me now. AWESOME Apple Watch!! Love it!!

I bought the original Apple Watch as launch and skipped the Series 2. This one is amazing. I love the fact that the Apple Watch Series 3 is waterproof (up to 50 meters), way faster processing power, additional sensors for accuracy...the list goes on, and the LTE is great. Really happy with my purchase!

Disclaimer: I rarely write reviews these days. There really is no need to go in depth, as many other more qualified people out there have already done that. Apple watch 3 LTE as a smart watch is an amazing watch. The ability to interchange bands, syncing across iOS platforms, remote use of so many things is a great plus for the watch. It's great to have easy access to your life on your wrist. But as for use of a sports/activity tracker - it's a flat out joke. As a note: I've been using a Vivoactive HR for almost 2 years prior to my step into AW3. The sad thing is that the things that make VAHR a horrible smart watch are hardware related, as it feels archaic compared to AW3. It's like going from an iPhone to the good old fashion flip phone. The things that make AW3 a joke of a Sport tracker are all software related. At some point many have to wonder why Apple is choosing to not create better, more complete and appropriate software. Short list of needs improvement on the AW3: - Far more sport algorithms (extremely limited, and mostly gym based). - Activity/Health platform needs a massive overhaul compared with Garmin Connect. - Huge short coming is no ability to sign into a web based browser window. - Would be Great to have greater control of which specific notifications come through while using it in sports/fitness mode. In short - if you are coming from Garmin, thinking this thing will be close to what you've experienced - you'll be hugely disappointed. On the contrary - as a smart watch; you'll be amazed at how much they were able to squeeze into this little rectangle on your wrist.

Huge improvement over the original. Very fast, almost no wait time to load most apps. Battery life has been much improved, I use to charge every night with the original. Now I’m going 2 to 3 days at a time without charging. The black SS is nice and and tough, use it everyday for the last 6 months in construction work and no signs of wear on the steel or glass.

Glad I chose the stainless steel version. I never paid attention to how much I bumped my watch into things until I bought this watch. Not a scratch or ding on it after multiple times of bumping into things. This gives me peace of mind while doing normal day to day task without damaging the watch. I’m able to respond to messages faster and now I don’t get caught up playing with my phone. While running I leave my phone at home and it allows me to track my run, play music and answer text/calls while staying on the move. Voice diction is my go to while using it because drawing out each letter takes to long. It last about day before needing charged but that’s ok because I take it off to sleep anyways. The stainless is heavier and feels/looks like a nice watch. In the future I will continue to get the stainless version.

Apple has caught up With other smart watches having cellular on the watch i have had every series so far love this one the best

This 42” Space black Stainless Steel Apple Watch is simply amazing. The new series 3 just makes everything that much more convenient. Oh and the first 3 months of cellular for it are free through verizon!!! ALSO I got it 3 weeks early!!! Very happy!

Outstanding battery life! Awesome,painless cellular setup. Good quality cell service calls. Updated to latest watch os. No issues at all. Previous Apple Watch band transferred to new watch with no issues.

By far the best Apple Watch so far. Been waiting for the cellular update since the Series 0. So much faster and finally offers the ability to leave the phone behind without a worry.

I was on the fence about buying this watch - for a while. I did my research, comparisons, bought other watches, own a Garmin (which still works, but is lagging and is not as up to date). I’m glad I bought this watch. So far it is working as expected and has a few bonuses that I didn’t expect. The battery life has been good - I only use about 25% per day. I bought the stainless steel version because I wanted the sapphire glass which is more resistant than the ion glass that comes on the standard aluminum watches. If you are thinking about buying this watch. Just do it. You will be happy and satisfied.

Wow this watch is ridiculously fast I huge improvement over the S0 plus picking it up at Best Buy was super easy and fast

buy into the hype because it is totally worth it. its an accurate activity tracker, excellent heart rate monitor. being able to see your notifications is the best feature. I got the cellular model because sometimes I forget to bring my phone with me and I still stay connected.. I will never buy a gear and glad I left Samsung..
