would be 5 stars but the glass scratched soooooo easy.. Great for tracking steps. using some app when away from the phone and calling and texting away from the phone. If it wasn't for the glass scratching so easy I would have easily put 5 stars. I bought apple care with it and had the screen replaced once after my son knocked it off my bed onto the floor while charging. and apple sent me another one brand new.. the same day before i had a chance to goto the store and buy a screen protector it brushed against a trash can, a plastic trash can put a deep scratch right across the screen. soo just waiting for it to break one more time to use my last replacement with apple care. aside from the glass this watch is awesome!!

Coming from a Samsung Gear S2 watch, this watch is light years ahead. The display is much cleaner and smoother. Samsung has issues all the time with Bluetooth and connectivity. Apple on the other hand does not. Although it’s a Series 3. It’s similar to the 4 and 5. Very little differences can be seen besides screen size. Waterproof capabilities are rather well. Haven’t swam with it. But it does fine for a shower or washing your hands. Band that comes out of box is somewhat uncomfortable at times. But a new band will fix that. It’s a nice smartwatch. But does come at a price.

I love my Apple iWatch. I didnt know if i would actually use it other than a step counter and time, however, it is useful for many other things and has come in handy several times when I didnt have my phone with me but needed to respond to a text or email. I did switch bands because the original bands is sweaty on my arm. I bought a different wrist band from Amazon and it works great. I will definitely keep using this product.

Functional. Could be better- would love to see it round. It’s over priced. These watches don’t last long and given the frequent changes in technology/wear and tear (it’s an everyday watch) so personally I just find the price is excessive.

The apple watch is build well. Its built like an apple product would be. The face scratched a bit quicker amd easier than I anticipated. Theres a surprisingly small number if useful applications. Homekit is fantastic, the LTE option is worth the cost, but ultimately (outside of the status symbolism) its really not all that necessary of a purchase.

Overall, a good watch for what it is. I like being able to wear it anywhere - swimming included. You have to expect to charge it at least every 36 hours, and if you use calling and apps a lot, you will have to charge it every day. I feel like all we do is charge phones, watches and tablets. My main gripe is how fragile the face design is. There should be some sort of cladding around the edge of the screen instead of the curved glass face. I accidentally bumped the edge of the watch against a granite countertop and the face shattered. My wife accidentally dropped her Apple Watch and the face shattered on that one too. Make sure you get Apple Care for it... you'll likely need it.

The watch itself has great features. However, it is not durable at all. I am glad I bought Apple Care because I had to use it within the first 2 weeks of wearing the watch. I bumped my wrist and the screen cracked. I definitely recommend the Apple Care along with the screen protector and bumper case if you are going to buy the watch.

I had this watch for about two weeks before the face cracked right down the middle. I had a AppleWatch (first generation) for three years and used it without issue, but I wanted to upgrade so I could make calls without my cell phone. I am not doing any WonderWoman cosplay - I'm not trying to stop bullets with my magic AppleWatch, but somehow in my everyday activities, I managed to crack the face and render the watch unusable - after two weeks! I sent it to get repaired and they pretty much charged me for a new AppleWatch. What a ripoff.

    Almost Perfect Smartwatch

I'll admit that when the whole smartwatch craze started I didn't think I'd ever want of need one. Then I had the Gear S2 when it first came out and I was still on Android. Well, I've had the Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE for just over a week now and this is the smartwatch I've been waiting for. My only real complaints about this device are the included sports band is rather uncomfortable and a pain to use and I wish the built in speaker was a bit louder. That's the only cons I have for the device. The band I replaced with a nice leather one found elsewhere without the Apple Tax and I've learned to live with the speaker. The watch is very responsive and the included LTE capabilities worked as advertised. I do hope Apple will open up the API's to allow third party streaming music services to stream via LTE as I am not a huge fan of Apple Music. Add Google All Access and I'm in heaven. Siri has been way more helpful on the watch than it ever has been on the iPhone. Notifications are handled well and replying to messages is a piece of cake. You really can't go wrong with the Series 3 Apple Watch.

Screen cracked from bumping door frame. Hairline crack just enough to make touch screen unusable. After 1 yr, no warranty.
