I've had every Apple product since the second Ipod (2003?), including Macs, at least 1 of each Iphone models, 5 Ipads, and none of them broke. I resisted to buy an Apple Watch because i was skeptical of its benefits. When i finally decide to buy one, i confirmed it is LESS than a nice to have and incredibly fragile. After two months the FIRST time it falls (from a night table) it breaks in pieces. Bad quality, for a product that is really just a control remote of your Iphone. Despite buying the watch with LTE service (and paying for it a monthly fee), I couldn't even stream music on it. You need to pay ANOTHER subscription for Apple Music because this watch doesn't support Spotify. So you end up buying a +400-500 dollar watch, paying 20 dollars a month for Cel and Music service, ... Also, calls sometimes come to the watch, sometimes just to the phone. AND, you need to get Apple Care because this watch is going to break every other month ($49 of Apple Care plus $69 for every time the screen breaks). If you don't get Apple Care (like i did, since i've never broke any Apple product), to replace it or fix it they will charge you $289. And trust me, it will break more sooner than later. This is a total rip-off. I decided not getting a new one, take the loss and not put more good money into bad money.

I just bought the Apple Watch 3 serious and thought it would be great. The watch has already cracked on the screen and that’s from barely dropping it because the band came loose on its own. If your active like me then I don’t recommend it. It’s not for the sportsman or man or women on the go unless you spend more money on Warrenty sand protection.

I had this watch for about two weeks before the face cracked right down the middle. I had a AppleWatch (first generation) for three years and used it without issue, but I wanted to upgrade so I could make calls without my cell phone. I am not doing any WonderWoman cosplay - I'm not trying to stop bullets with my magic AppleWatch, but somehow in my everyday activities, I managed to crack the face and render the watch unusable - after two weeks! I sent it to get repaired and they pretty much charged me for a new AppleWatch. What a ripoff.

You will have nothing but errors if you try to use it alone without the phone. I miss important text messages and the like everyday. You need to read the fine print on how messaging works and how terrible this is. Also, all major companies have left the App Store for the watch. Unlimited data plans mean nothing when you can't even use the data lol. It legit does not update apps with LTE, so your news is old and only up to date if your phone is near. Please do not get this if you think you can use it for standalone work other than running and listening to podcasts/phonecalls. Its upsetting that I can't even return this item.

Screen cracked from bumping door frame. Hairline crack just enough to make touch screen unusable. After 1 yr, no warranty.

I bought this open boxed. It turned on however it will not connect to any phone or phone plan it says it failed activation. I was on att and even went so far as to buy a brand new phone and plan at Verizon does not want to connect , does not offer me to get calls on it to even show up and hey sir or feature works when it wants. I will be returning this item and going back to my android platforms and s3 watch

Didn't like this watch, got series 4 which is much better

The watch is a nice conept but that's all it is. As long as you carry phone with you you can make and answer calls and Send texts. But even the cellular watches do not send texts, can't make calls when phone is too far away. Messenger doesn't work at all regardless of being within Bluetooth range or not. Very disappointing waste of some serious money!!!

Purchased for a birthday gift without being told it did not work with prepaid cell phones. Best buy return policy would not let me return the watch after finding this out. I lost all of the money I paid for the watch because on this.

I went to pair the watch to my phone and it was locked by previous user and had not been unlocked before sent to me. Store one was unable to unlock and was unable to make a comparable exchange. Waste of time and bad advertisement on what was available.

I didn’t enjoy this watch at all. I hated having to remember to charge ir and It was just too busy.

Worst Apple Watch needed to be improved because the speeds weren’t the best in my humble opinion

Could not hear the alert and it confused my iPhone never again.

First off I am a technologist I always have been. In fact, I was a devoted in diehard PC user for over 25 years. I recently had a stroke and therefore I converted entirely Macintosh products ( iPhone, iMac, and a Mac Pro) and because of my inability to use my left arm and hand. The Apple platform is simply just superior when you want things to just work.Therefore I was very excited to get an Apple cellular Watch. The prospect of not having to carry around my iPhone Is very attractive. I have never been more disappointed in a product like this than I can ever remember. For the purposes of this review, Let’s just forget about the 3 hours and a trip to the ATT store it took to get it working. Honestly you would think that by now a company like Att would figure this stuff out. Not so....wow.... The Apple marketing materials would lead you to believe that you can run most IOS apps on this watch. While technically this is true, real life practice is entirely a different story. For example, I use Pandora and Sound Cloud. I am not in Apple Music user. Both of these apps require your iPhone to be near the watch (Bluetooth distance) to use them and do not work by themselves on the watch. Apple requires you to use their music player and their music platform. Period. I am not a fan of this platform for many reasons. The user forums on various sites are filled with literally thousands of complaints about this bullsh... Buyer beware.... While I might be able to get past this severe limitation, what I cannot get past is that I am unable to sync my iwatch 3 with my brand new Ford car. If you really dig deeper, youll discover that the watch is only able to pair with an iPhone. Period. You Cannot even pair it with an iPad or Amazon Alexa or any other device for that matter. This oversight on apple’s part is unforgivable. Talk about a bait and switch. Bluetooth is the most universal connectivity on the planet at this point. To not be able to pair the watch with the Bluetooth in my car or my iPad or any other device is absolutely insane. Needless to say, I will be returning this product tomorrow for a full refund. Perhaps in a year or two Apple will get with the program and open the platform and make the iwatch 3 actually usable. Until then my suggestion is to look elsewhere to other products that are MUCH less expensive and perform the same and more functions. What a total waste of my valuable time....
