    It has more in-depth options for heart rate and workout tracking. If you don’t need LTE then this is a great value.

    Great new face with a lot of data to keep track of as well. I purchased this upgrade primarily for the ECG capabilities due to heart palpitations. Make sure you use the water drop feature when swimming. I’m now using a replacement watch due to this mistake. Something I had never done on my 2nd gen.

    I’ve upgraded from the original model . All my stats while working out are so much more accurate! Don’t go a day with out it!
