Good but not great

I use the watch for exercise and sleep but have to charge it daily where my past Fitbit lasted for 2-3 days. Not having a built in sleep app is also discouraging as I have to use a free app that has a number of limitations. I also have had to go into best buy to seek help on how to access and set the watch up after they told me I could have certain programs.
