It is very practical and accurate. Although it is not the same EKG as the 12 connector that you would get at a hospital, but it is the same one that they sometimes have you wear for a day or several weeks. It is way cheaper to buy the watch and very importantly, I don’t have to put glue on my chest and pull out all the hair multiple times a day. LOL.
