This watch does it all

There are so many apps I am using that I didn't know anything about until I got this watch. I bought the apple watch to monitor workouts and activity. It will answer my phone while I am trying to find my phone in my purse. I can get weather warnings and these are just a few of the things I use it for.

It does a great job of monitoring her heart rate, the ekg works very well. The sound quality is excellent while using it for phone calls. On the receiving end of phone calls, it sounds better than May of the Bluetooth headsets I have owned. Easy to use, well worth the money.

So happy with my choice. Does so much and I love the fact that I start running on the treadmill and it knows and asks me to record. It also seems more accurate than the Alta for treadmill run. Don't get me wrong, really liked the Alta, but the Apple Watch far exceeds that.

The reason I love wearing this watch is for exercise. It reminds you when you’re goals are short and allows for a variety of activities to track. Only negative is battery. I need to charge every night or the next day I’m getting low battery warning.
