Instead she now uses it for everything else the Apple ecosystem incorporates: finding her phone, use it with ipad as baby monitor, control apple tv. Best Buy also guaranteed 2 day delivery during Christmas time, literally ordered Tuesday before and got it on Thursday before Christmas 2018, awesome job by their team!

A Worthy Upgrade

All of the features I loved on the first Apple Watch are enhanced with faster processing, more options, and a larger display. The new built in ECG monitor is also incredible. If you are considering upgrading from an older model, especially a first generation Apple Watch, don't hesitate, this will be worth the upgrade.

I decided to upgrade for that, and the ECG feature. It doesn’t disappoint. The bigger screen makes it easier to use. Battery life is long, too. I only have the GPS, not the one that connects to cellular, so I cannot speak to that, but I do not use my watch for telephone calls and texts anyway.

I only wish that it came with documentation. I, personally, don't mind that I have to charge it every night rather than use it as a sleep monitor because I can't stand to wear a watch when I sleep.

Sometimes it’s a hit or miss with the open box, considering I received one as a gift from my girl friend and it was iCloud locked. They made it right. But only after completely going thru my phone three or four times, then waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Triple. Check before you walk out with the item. Because your lucky if they actually make it right once you walk out that door
