After multiple trips into the store to visit the Geek squad. We had to end up returning the Series 4 watch that we purchased for our daughter. When the watch was not on wrist you could touch screen and apps done fine. When you put watch on wrist you could not get to open apps. Store representatives said they had never seen one do this before but they witnessed problem with watch by putting on their own wrist and apps wouldn't open. Representatives in store were very helpful and we returned the series 4 watch and purchased the series 5 and to my knowledge it is working just fine.

Thought it would be a better product since I have used numerous Zagg products in the past and really liked them. The edges come up and looks bad...can really, really tell it is on there...does not blend in.

I bought this watch for Christmas worked for two days then the screen went black and wasn’t able to turn on. Went back to Best Buy they returned my broken watch and I got a new one and works great now.

Barely used this. Sat on charger and I put in on to do ecgs to check my heart. The other day, I noticed a small half circle in bottom right hand corner of screen. Apple basically said it was probably damaged by me from water or something. What a joke! I’m a responsible adult that never damaged any of my apple products. I hardly had it on my wrist even. Very upset!

Nice watch. But not a good selection of them. So didn’t have a choice of which one I wanted to buy. This was the only 4 series in stock!!

Got it for my wife for her birthday. She wanted rose gold (now just gold), but didn’t like the pink band so I returned it.

excellent product and looks beautiful. Only complaint is now best buy does not give points for apple purchases.

I love all of my Apple Macintosh devices. And I have many. I guess if you want to use it, you have to pay the monthly fee and get the one that works like your phone. You cannot even read a complete text message. Maybe I’m missing something but as far as I can tell, it’s a waste of a lot of money.

The battery is horrible of all Apple watches. I find myself charging this thing early evening on a daily basis. The screen is too small no matter what and most of my friends have a Fitbit which lasts weeks at a time before needing a charge and we can all do competitions togehter

Don’t care for it, not a big fan screen so small and still had to take my phone out of pocket

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Said I would get it by 12/24. The shipment came on the 21st. Opened the box on the 22nd before wrapping it. Found an empty Apple Watch box inside. Was able to get my money back, but didn’t have a gift for my wife three days before Christmas. Not happy!

I got this watch had it for a week, and it stopped tracking my activities. Took it back to BB and exchanged it for another one. After about 2 weeks I am back to where I started from. I even got help from apple twice, still not working. A total waste of my hard earned money.

I had a iwatch 2 38 mm and loved it but it needed a new battery. So I decided to upgrade to n new watch. Faster, better sound and functionality. Thought the 40 would be bigger but no just the screen is bigger. And if I fall...

Had it for 4 days and the strap let loose and the watch fell on the floor and cracked, not covered under warranty, waist of $ do not buy

Shortly after warranty was up the face popped off and no help from manufacturer. Sorry I ever bought it. Usually no problems with apple products. May have been just a fluke!

I wanted to change bands and have spent 2 hours trying to fit the new band in... finally gave up on that. Tried to put the original back on.... same difficulties. I’m returning this horribly designed fitness tracker.
